All motions, jury and non-jury calendars are published in the Marietta Daily Journal on the first Friday of each month. This is the official notification of a court date in a civil action. Attorneys and parties in civil cases should refer to the newspaper or contact our office to find out if a case has been scheduled.

The Contested Dispossessory, Foreclosure and Garnishment Calendar and Distress Calendar are weekly calendars and are therefore not published in the Marietta Daily Journal. Notices are acknowledged in person or are mailed for these calendars.

**IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU NOTIFY THE COURT IN WRITING OF A CHANGE OF ADDRESS IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF CASE PENDING.**
